1. Who sells

The products and services on mon.cool are offered by MD Antidtot SRL, tax identification number (CUI) 48525463, Trade Register no. J2023004728237, with its registered office at Aleea Lunca Siretului nr. 10, bl. M45B, sc. 1, ap. 9, cam. 2, sector 6, 062037 Bucharest, Romania. Contact: hello@mon.cool.

2. What I sell

Digital products (guides, kits and prompt packs, accessible online after payment) and services (for example, the Narrative CV). The description and the price of each product are shown on the site before payment.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in lei and are final. The company is not registered for VAT purposes. Payment is made online, through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed, on a dedicated web page. For services, the delivery time is the one stated in the description of the service.

5. Right of withdrawal

Normally, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost if you give your consent to immediate delivery and confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal, in accordance with art. 16 letter m) of Romanian Emergency Government Ordinance no. 34/2014. By accepting these terms at payment, you give this consent. For services, the right of withdrawal is lost after the service has been performed in full, with your prior consent.

6. Use of the products

The products are for personal use or for your own business. You do not have the right to resell them, to distribute them or to publish them, in whole or in part.

7. What we do not guarantee

The products are educational materials and working tools. Results depend on how you use them and on the AI tools you choose. We do not guarantee a particular result, for example a job, a sale or a position in Google.

8. Problems and complaints

If something does not work (for example, you did not receive access after payment), write to us at hello@mon.cool and we will sort it out. You also have the right to contact ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority (anpc.ro), including for the alternative resolution of disputes.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of purchase applies.
