What I am looking for

Whether as a Business Analyst, in Learning & Development, or in a project-oriented or consulting role: I thrive in dynamic environments where I can simplify processes, improve workflows and create structure with a data-driven approach. I am particularly drawn to organizations actively adopting AI to drive meaningful business and people impact. Do honesty, transparency, courage and open exchange of ideas matter to you? What I do

Thirteen years of international HR: operations, organizational management, payroll support and system transformations. I coordinated HR standards and processes across multiple countries, supported organizational change, and managed payroll operations and provider transitions.

I delivered end-to-end HR system projects, from requirements and pilots to rollout and training, working closely with HR, Shared Services and external providers to improve processes, ensure continuity and strengthen data quality.

As a creative thinker, I enjoy developing new ideas, leading change and translating business needs into practical HR solutions. With a strong sense of ownership and a “find a way” approach, I tackle challenges with initiative and resilience. I am highly adaptable, people-oriented, and I value trust, openness and strong relationships.

Outside work

Alongside my professional work, I enjoy expressing creativity through pop art and street art. I pursue an active lifestyle and love riding my bicycle, whether to clear my mind, stay energized or discover new places. I’m curious by nature and enjoy experimenting with technology. Currently I’m exploring AI tools and frameworks intensively, testing how they can support creativity and productivity.
